This app was created by Aous Anis, a studio that does not have any other application so far. Finding information about this console on the web is totally impossible, there is not a single piece of information and the little that can be read in the Play Store only details some things about the app. By the way, it is not easy to find information about the game either and at least in our language it is not possible to find any type of review.
I understand that you really want to earn money by playing, but it is always better that you look for information before falling for the lies that these apps show you. Asking yourself if Happy Winner app is scam or paid will save you a lot of time and you should always do it.
