What can I say, Million Block is a game that simulates Tetris and is addictive, just like the original game is. Now, it is not the first time that I have come across a copy of this popular game and it is not the first time that I have seen one of these apps offering money, I had already seen it with apps like Block Blast and Jewel Bricks Crush and the result was not very good to say the least. Everything seems to indicate that this is the easy way for creators to gain an audience and as long as the Play Store does nothing, it will surely pass.
The app was created by Sage21, a studio I know because I recently tried one of their apps. So far the company has published four other games and of these I tried Millionaire, a general knowledge quiz app that promised money and ended up being a total lie. Apparently Sage21 ‘s great strategy to get downloads is to promote each project as an excellent option to make money and this is reflected in its numbers, but it doesn’t take long for its users to realize the truth.
