Another commercial for a supposed money making app came my way, and Weather & Rewards is its name. The most interesting thing about this announcement is that it said that the application can generate income for just giving us the weather. I am not lying to you, this is something that is rarely seen. It reminds me a bit of apps to earn money by charging your battery. Which, by the way, are apps that don’t pay. This is not to say that Weather & Rewards is not an app that does pay. But it is true that the ad hails it as a way to be financially free, and as we already know, it is not that easy.
I don’t want to draw a conclusion just from what I see, so I decided to try the application. Regardless of whether the application works or not, I will leave you with some lists of apps that do pay. Weather & Rewards is a money-earning app released by Liberty Stars Games on December 30, 2022. The app has a fairly simple, I’d say, even generic interface, which doesn’t make it look good. But hey, as long as it generates profit for us, we can support that interface. This would be said by anyone who has seen the commercial, which is why it now has more than 100,000 downloads. And the growth continues to be exponential since the ad will appear daily to many people, just as it happened with me.
Installation and registration in Weather & Rewards:
The download and installation of the application is quite simple, we simply have to look for it in the PlayStore. Most likely it will appear among the first results, so we will identify it quickly. After that we must press the “Install” button, the download and installation will be carried out automatically.
This application does not require registration, which will be very comfortable and convenient for some people. But let me tell you, it is a huge disadvantage. Not having a record means that nothing we do will be saved in the cloud. We will not have support in case of any error. And it makes it clear that the developers don’t care about any of this.
How does it work?
The operation of the application is very simple, I would say that it is too simple for my taste. It is simply an application to see the weather, like any other. It tells you the weather of the day, what can happen (Rain, intense sun, etc.) and little else. We will have a simple interface, which will be a unicolor background and the elements that will mark the weather data. Honestly, I didn’t expect more from an application like this, since it literally keeps its word of being a weather app.
What if I cannot ensure that they comply is with the part of generating income. I say this because I find it very difficult for someone to develop an application like this and really pay. Although, everything is possible today, there are applications that can surprise us. But there are certain things that made me see the application in a different way, not a very pleasant one.
In certain cases the application begins to stick for no reason, regardless of what your cell phone is. It also has ads, lots of ads, so many that I can say they are intrusive. Any action you take in the application will be affected by an ad. This according to is the way in which the developers will make money and then they will pay us. I don’t know if the latter is entirely true, so let’s continue with our investigation.
They will also offer us to earn money with offers, which I don’t know if it will be feasible for them, since there are offers that pay quite well. These consist mainly of downloading and installing an application, in the case of games, they will also give us a series of instructions. These can be anything from playing to a certain level or earning a certain score.
Payments:
Now let’s talk about payments, which they promise will be made through the PayPal platform. These payments won’t just be a couple of dollars, they promise to pay you hundreds of dollars.
But within the application they will pay us with coins/points, which have the following value: 30,000 Coins = $1. It is not difficult to remember, but it is a bit difficult to reach.
Weather & Rewards Conclusion
Weather & Rewards is an app that will not pay you, it will just waste your time while using it. Like all scam applications, they will promise you an impossible payment to fulfill. These are hundreds of dollars, which is not feasible. I say this because the Google ads that they have do not cover these amounts for so many people. The developers are simply taking advantage of all the people who come through their ads. Which, in my opinion, is the best job they have done, since the application is a complete disaster.
